Hamstring Injury, Alexis Sanchez
DBasia.news – Manchester United have another problem this season. Besides the inconsistency and negative rumors about Jose Mourinho, the injuries also happen.
Sky Sports recently reported one of the prominent strikers, Alexis Sanchez, got a hamstring injury during the training session on Thursday (29/11). The club confirmed the injury of Chilean player.
“Manchester United forward Alexis Sanchez sustained a hamstring injury during a training session today (Thursday) and the problem will require further investigation to confirm its severity,” said the official Twitter account.
Since leaving Arsenal on January 2018, Alexis Sanchez has no good fortune. He hasn’t shown the best performance, only scoring three goals in 2017/2018 and just once this season.
Sanchez’s injury is a loss for The Red Devils. Moreover, they are preparing for a tight match schedule. This injury might make him absent in the match against Southampton, Sunday (2/12) and Arsenal, four days later.
Luckily, besides Sanchez, Jose Mourinho squad could rely on some other players like Romelu Lukaku, Marcus Rashford, and Anthony Martial.
