DBasia.news – Ranked two in the Bundesliga standings, Borussia Dortmund showed a recent decline in performance. Even so, their young star, Jadon Sancho, is still in high demand from European clubs, one of their enthusiasts coming from England.
In 25 appearances with Dortmund in the Bundesliga, the 18-year-old contributed eight goals and ten assists. The performance shown by the former Manchester City player made him reportedly included in the target of Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain in the 2019 summer transfer market.
However, Dortmund insisted that they would not let go of Jadon Sancho even though they could get a huge profit from the sale of players who were positioned as an attacking winger.
“I would not say that we have set prices for Jadon Sancho, but I can assert that now it will be very difficult for even the biggest club in the world to recruit him. Jadon will appear with Borussia Dortmund next season. “We will set a plan for next season with him,” Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc said in a statement quoted from the US.
Sancho, who came to Germany in the 2017/18 season, had successfully adapted his second season and was an important part of the scheme implemented by Lucien Favre as the main coach.
