DBasia.news –  Manchester United have begun to move in search of substitute midfielder Ander Herrera, who reportedly agreed to join PSG (Paris Saint-Germain). Standard Sports reported United wanted Idrissa Gueye, Everton midfielder.

Herrera’s contract with United ends at the end of this season. The club reportedly objected to meeting the salary demands of the 29-year-old player of 200,000 pounds per week as a prerequisite for a new contract. PSG sees it as a moment and tries to hook it for free.

Gueye was the target of Herrera’s successor with Bruno Fernandes (Sporting Lisbon), Declan Rice (West Ham United), Saul Niguez (Atletico Madrid), and Toni Kroos (Real Madrid). Among other candidates, Gueye has the cheapest and most realistic prices recruited.

Berman for Everton since 2016, the 29-year-old midfielder has all the criteria United need to strengthen the midfield of the game. His duet with Nemanja Matic can maintain stability in the second line of the game.

Gueye was very familiar with English football culture and would not need much time to adapt – if joining United.

Plus, Gueye was rated as the best underrated (not much highlighted) Premier League midfielder after N’Golo Kante, the Chelsea midfielder. This can be seen from the statistics that are loaded Squawka.

Since the 2016-17 Premier League, Gueye has been standing with Wilfred Ndidi (Leicester City) and Kante as the supervisor of the most tackling statistics. Gueye 374 tackles followed by Ndidi (328) and Kante (307).

In total, since playing for Everton, Gueye has a record 374 tackles, 745 times won the ball, and 207 times cut the ball from the opponent’s mastery. Only Kante won the ball more often than Gueye.

Man United’s direction by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could recruit Gueye under the price of £ 30 million. Marco Silva, Everton’s manager, also won’t be difficult to let go because Gueye’s sales money can be bought for other defensive midfielders.
