Impossible for Barcelona To Get Neymar Back

DBasia.news –  Barcelona’s president Josep Maria Bartomeu admitted he had once met Neymar since the striker joined Paris Saint-Germain. But he denied allegations that the Brazilian would return to Camp Nou.

Neymar has scored 105 goals in 186 appearances for Barcelona between 2013 and 2017 before the striker moved to PSG.

Neymar scored 20 goals and made 11 assists from 23 appearances for PSG this season, but now he is suffering from a foot injury.

Bartomeu said, it was impossible for his club to be able to bring Neymar back.

“I spoke with Neymar. We met once, but the environment never told me that he wanted to return. He did not call anyone from the executive,” Bartomeu said.

“He has a contract with PSG, this is his second season and it is very difficult for them to sell him. We do not want that to happen. We have losses here from the clause, there are powerless European clubs that can take advantage. That is why it is impossible for him to be back.”
