Inter Milan are Free From the Shackles of FFP Sanctions

DBasia.news –  Good news for Inter Milan. UEFA, as the European Football Federation, has confirmed that the Nerazzurri are free of potential FFP (Financial Fair Play) penalties.

Inter Milan’s steps so far in the transfer market are limited by agreements with UEFA regarding the minimum loss limit every season. The Nerazzurri cannot lose more than 30 million euros per season.

This happened after Inter Milan was found guilty of breaking   Financial Fair Play. Besides, Inter can only register 21 players in European competition, lower than four other players.

Now, Inter Milan have been freed from the agreement. That way, Inter can be more flexible in moving in the transfer market.

Besides Inter Milan, Besiktas and Astana are also no longer bound by the agreement with UEFA. “Consequently, the teams are now out of the problem of resolution,” explained the UEFA Club Financial Control Body (CFCB).

Meanwhile, the Turkish club, Trabzonspor, was declared to have failed to fulfill the agreement agreed three years ago. Trabzonspor faces a penalty that cannot compete in European competition.

By being free from an agreement with UEFA, Inter Milan can move more freely in the transfer market. Inter no longer need to worry about being punished by UEFA.

Reportedly, at the moment Inter Milan are monitoring Federico Chiesa and Nicolo Barella. Meanwhile, Luciano Spalletti’s position as a big opportunity coach was replaced by Antonio Conte.
