Inter Milan At A Negative Period, Luciano Spaletti Unafraid Of Getting The Boot

DBasia.news –  At the moment Inter Milan is in a middle of a crisis, reasons being they are in a negative period.Inter lost 0-1 to Bologna in the 22^nd week Serie A, Monday (4/2) early dwan WIB at Giuseppe Meazza.

The rumour circling his dismissal has become more widely heard with the potential of being replaced by Antonio Conte. Bologna’s defeat reassured  the fact that Nerazzurri only gained one point from Serie A matches held in 2019.

Looking back, Inter has only won five matches held in every competition since new years. After winning 6-2 against Benevento in the top 16 Coppa Itali, Mauro Icardi and frieds has yet to win again.

Started with a draw with no goals against Sassuolo (20/1), Inter lost 0-1 to Torino (28/1). Removed by Lazio through a penalty shootout in the Coppa Italy quarter final (1/2) then loosing 0-1 to Bologna.

“A few things bother me, as for the rest we will as usual wait for the analysis post to the following match. We appeared to be intimidated and create problems for ourselves, though it is not needed,” says Spaletti to Sky Sport Italy.

“If you don’t have a strong character to equalize the history of the club and stadium, you can’t react. Maybe from that point of view we are experiencing hardships. I believe we should at least build a solid foundation, but instead we made extremely basic mistakes.”

Rumours on the dismissal is shadowing the former Zenit St Petersburg and As Roma manager. Spaletti however still has fate in the players and Inter’s board of director to fully support him in continuing his work.

“I believe so (receiving support). This is all about details and an incident that can match your desires or not,” Spaletti adds.

“Afterwards, maintaining the right balance while competing, without trying to win the league with your own ability or force a play. You can see the team supports me, but we’re missing something in fight,” he says.

At the moment Inter is at the third rank Serie A standings with a 40 points gain. Milan (35 points) or As Roma (34 points) can trim that gap if one of them win the 22^nd week match.
