Inter Milan Interested in Recruiting Ionut Radu

DBasia.news –  Genoa goalkeeper, Ionut Radu, reportedly by Football-Italy attracted Inter Milan to buy him back.  The 21-year-old goalkeeper will be a cover for Samir Handanovic.

Inter are directed by Luciano Spalletti as they have four goalkeepers in their squad.  Besides Handanovic, there are also Daniele Padelli, Tommaso Berni, and Raffaele Di Gennaro.  But, Spalletti rarely rotated Handanovic, who is now Inter’s captain.

According to observers of European football transfer from Italy, Fabrizio Romano, Inter were struck by Radu’s appearance at Genoa and want to buy him back for 12 million euros next summer.  Radu has appeared 27 times this season with the Grifone.

Radu, loaned by Inter to Genoa last season with permanent options of 9 million euros. Genoa can make him permanent or Inter could buy him back for 12 million euros.  Monchi, Roma Sports Director, before leaving his job in Rome, was interested in bringing Radu to Rome.

If Inter were to buy Radu back next season, the Inter academy product could compete with Handanovic or be loaned to another club next season. Radu is also a Romanian Under-21 national team player.
