DBasia.news – The coach who brought Germany winning the 2014 World Cup, Joachim Low, is in a difficult period after Germany played poorly in the 2018 World Cup and UEFA Nations League.
Low talks about his coaching career and his future if he leaves Germany national team.
“I realise that the major part of my time here is now in the past and I need to think about what I want to do afterwards. In my plans are to coach a club which I did before being national team coach,” he said.
The club refers to the giant of Spain and Europe, Real Madrid. The 13 times Champions League winner are the magnet for Europe coaches.
“I would prefer not to continue in Germany, I think that my future is more likely to be abroad. Real Madrid? They are an interesting club for any coach,” Low said.
“I refused them once. Madrid would find the right successor, but Zidane’s departure is shocking.”
Low’s contract in Germany is still until 2020.
