Jurgen Klopp had indeed been linked with Bayern Munchen. Reportedly, Klopp had entered as a replacement candidate for Niko Kovac last season along with the sinking of Bayern in the Bundesliga.
However, the news had faded as Niko Kovac brought Bayern back to where it was supposed to be. In the end, FC Hollywood came out as Bundesliga champions.
