Maurizio Sarri
DBasia.news – Juventus has finally officially appointed Maurizio Sarri to replace the position left by Massimiliano Allegri. Sarri was tied with a three-year contract.
This appointment was the end of Sarri’s trip with Chelsea which only lasted one season. The Italian coach was tasked with continuing the Bianconeri’s dominance in Italian football.
“Maurizio Sarri has officially joined Juventus after training for one season in England. “He has agreed on a three-year contract,” wrote an official statement from Juventus.
News of Juventus’ interest in landing Sarri is not new. In the past month, the Bianconerri have indeed approached Chelsea to repatriate the coach back to Italy.
Sarri’s departure has made Chelsea currently have no head coach. Based on circulating rumors, the Blues are ready to repatriate Frank Lampard who last season managed to show an impressive performance with Derby County back to Stamford Bridge.
