Liverpool only have two trophies remaining to be fought for,  the Premier League and Champions League. From the FA Cup, there are four interesting facts that can’t be missed. Here are they:

  1. FA Cup Is A Nightmare for Klopp

Jurgen Klopp came to Liverpool in 2015 replacing Brendan Rodgers. Since then, Klopp hasn’t been able to present the trophy for Liverpool. Another eliminated trophy this season is the FA Cup.

Liverpool couldn’t go further than three rounds. It’s worse than the previous seasons.

Squawka cited Liverpool’s journey during three seasons (2015 until 2018) always ended in the fourth round of FA Cup. No wonder, the oldest tournament in England is a nightmare for the Germany manager.

  1. Ki-Jana Hoever

Dejan Lovren’s injury opened the way for Ki-Jana Hoever to have his debut with Liverpool. The former player of AZ Alkmaar academy and Ajax Amsterdam are promoted to Liverpool academy this year and showed his big talent against Wolves.

Calm when playing, Ki-Jana Hoever is also discipline and mature on the pitch. He is the youngest defender of all time in the FA Cup, 16 years 11 months and 20 days.

Hoever is the third 16-year-old player who played with Liverpool besides Jerome Sinclair (16 years 6 days) and Jack Robinson (16 days 6 months 20 days). Hoever was born in Amsterdam on January 18th, 2002.

  1. Big Match Specialist

Raul Jimenez scored one goal for Wolves. It confirmed that Wolves is the specialist of the big match for Wolves after 4 of 7 Jimenez’s goals this season were created to the top Premier League clubs.

He scored two goals to Tottenham Hotspur, one goal to Chelsea, and two goals to Liverpool. The 27-year-old striker could be the most-wanted target if this skill continues.
