DBasia.news – Jurgen Klopp is reluctant to talk about his future in Liverpool because his contract is still available until 2022.
Besides the long duration, there is one thing that bothers him during his period with The Reds.
“I haven’t won anything so that’s part of the truth, we don’t have to think about 2022, it’s a long way to go,” he said.
“There will be people who say it’s the best time for me to go if we win something because we will never win anything again, there will be other people who say I have to go if we don’t win anything. As long as we all enjoy the ride here, and I mean all – from the owners, the players to the supporters, to everyone around the club – we can try it and try it,” he continued.
Under Klopp, Liverpool had three chance to be the champion but failed. First, in the 2015/2016 Europa League, 2015/2016 EFL Cup, and the latest was 2017/2018 Europe Champions League against Real Madrid.
