Lack of Game Time, Okazaki Wants to Leave Leicester

DBasia.news – Shinji Okazaki wants to leave Leicester City while hoping that he would get more chance to play in the main squad.
Leicester won’t let him go in January because they don’t have enough striker.
Some Premier League clubs are interested to sign the 32-year-old player. Huddersfield approached him last week.
The Japanese player got eliminated from Leicester squad during the 2-1 defeat against Southampton on Saturday (12/1). That’s the first time happened since 14 recent matches.
“I can’t feel satisfied as a player. After three-and-a-half years, maybe it’s time to move on,” Okazaki said.
“I have no intention of quarreling with the team, but I will make my feelings known.”
The Foxes manager Claude Puel worries Okazaki as the only senior striker who could guide Jamie Vardy. Moreover, Kelechi Iheanacho hasn’t scored any goal for Leicester since September.
Okazaki has played in 17 caps with The Foxes of all competitions, 4 of them as the starter.
