Leaving Chelsea, Willian Move to Man United?
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Manchester United is one step closer to get Chelsea’s striker, Willian. Seems like this is a direct request from Jose Mourinho.
Manchester United has shown its interest to Willian long before the 2017-2018 season ended. At that time, The Red Devils tried to sneak the player’s condition – who no longer chosen as the main choice of Antonio Conte in the midfield.
Now, based on the report of The Sun, both of the clubs have a deal in €68M or around Rp1,1 trillion. This is believed much higher than the other club offered, Barcelona.
Meanwhile, Willian seemed okay to be reunited with Jose Mourinho in Manchester United. Well, under The Special One, this 29 years old player reached his top career by winning the 2014-2015 Premier League.
But this situation seemed different with what happened to Willian when Conte becomes the chief of The Blues. With that Italian architect, Willian often stays in the substitute line.
During the previous season, this player just scored 20 times playing as the starter. He contributed 6 goals and 8 assists.
Willian is currently having a holiday after Brasil loss in 2018 World Cup. His contract in Stanford Bridge will be over in June 2020.
