DBasia.news – Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski said he was happy to hear that Philippe Coutinho had joined. He believes the Brazilian is compatible with Bayern’s playing style.
Philippe Coutinho will be loaned out to the Allianz Arena for a year with a purchase option at the end of the season.
Coutinho has no place in the Barcelona squad. This summer, Barcelona had offered the 27-year-old to several clubs.
“I don’t think Coutinho will need a lot of time to adapt to the Bayern game system and ideas,” Lewandowski said.
“I think he is the type of player who readily integrates with the team without any problems,” Lewandowski added.
Coutinho himself joined Barcelona from Liverpool in January 2018 for 120 million euros.
