Actually, there are still some players who are on the Ole Gunnar Solskjaer shopping list, one of which is Newcastle United’s young midfielder, Sean Longstaff. Unfortunately, the player’s move has not yet materialized after the Magpies who put up a price of 50 million pounds.

After long silence about rumors regarding his future, Longstaff also spoke up.

“I am still very young and just getting used to all the transfer rumors that have been in talks for the past few months. But for now, there is nothing I can do,” Longstaff said as quoted by the Mirror.

“Everything is in the hands of others. Like what I have said before, right now I just want to focus on returning to the best conditions ahead of the rolling of the Premier League 2019 competition,” added the Englishman.

Sean Longstaff made his debut in the Premier League competition in December, before the 21-year-old had been loaned to Blackpool and Kilmarnock. In the 2018/19 season, he successfully appeared in 12 matches.

The chance for the Red Devils to get Longstaff’s signature seems to be difficult to realize, besides the transfer market for the English club which will soon be closed, Newcastle, Mike Ashley, and Steve Bruce as the manager has confirmed that the player will not be released to Old Trafford.
