Liverpool Want To Extend James Milner’s Contract
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Dirty old man, James Milner was 33 years old, but his contribution was very large for Liverpool. Even last season, he presented the Champions League title.
Until now, the English passport player is still included in Jurgen Klopp’s plans. Nevertheless, Milner has the opportunity to leave the transfer freely at the end of the upcoming season if his contract is not renewed by the club.
It also made rumors of Milner returning to his old club, Leeds United increasingly sticking out. But Klopp, in fact, gave a signal if interested in continuing to be able to use his services in the next few years, although he admitted that he had not yet proposed a new contract with Milner.
“Milner looks like he will still be at Liverpool in a few more years. But, we have not held contract talks,” Klopp said.
Milner is a versatile player because he can be played as a midfielder or left-back. That seems to be the reason Klopp still wants to see him in a Liverpool uniform.
