DBasia.news –  Ole Gunnar Solskjaer continued his honeymoon as manager of Manchester United with 11 undefeated matches in all competitions. Latest, the Red Devils won a landslide victory over Fulham in the 26th Premier League weekend.

While visiting Craven Cottage, Fulham’s headquarters, Man United won 3-0, Saturday (9/2) through two goals from Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial. Pogba continued to become the revival actor of Manchester Red.

While still coached by Jose Mourinho, Pogba scored six goals and gave four assists from a total of 20 matches in all competitions. Under Solskjaer, Pogba only needed 10 appearances to score eight goals and give five assists.

A look of happiness manifested itself in the player with the 89 million pound tag. Compared to Mourinho, Solskjaer gave the 2018 world champion player freedom to play with the French national team.

This was reflected through Pogba’s words after the match against Fulham at Craven Cottage. The 25-year-old  player praised Solskjaer for returning the happiness of Manchester United players.

“This is the pleasure. He is not acting, he is not playing games. He is only giving happiness to everyone,” said Pogba, as reported from BBC Sport, while insinuating The Special One.

“It feels good to win, this is what we want. Since Ole came, we’ve talked about this, we want to be at the top; in the big four. There is still a long way to go, but we are there and we want to stay up there now, ” he added.

Like a tit for tat, Solskjaer did not stop praising Pogba. His words in the past, while Solskjaer wanted to form a squad around Pogba were true. In United’s current play, the former Juventus player has always been the center of team play.

“Paul played well today. He seemed to have enjoyed the game. He played really well and he performed with great energy,” Solskjaer added.

Big matches await United at the moment. Solskjaer’s momentum and quality will be tested in the next three big matches against Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in the Champions League (13/2), Chelsea in the FA Cup (19/2), and Liverpool in the Premier League (24/2).
