Manchester United Offered Pogba to Extend his Contract
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Manchester United wanted to take advantage of the good momentum that Paul Pogba is going through to offer him a new contract. The Red Devils considered Pogba’s decision would change.
Previously, Paul Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola, insisted his client was unhappy at Manchester United. Raiola asked the Red Devils to let Pogba go at the end of the season.
“Pogba is unhappy at Manchester United. He is unable to express himself as desired and as expected by many people,” said Raiola.
However, it is different now. Currently, Pogba is starting to find his best again at Manchester United. He started and contributed in terms of goals.
Most recently, Paul Pogba scored when Manchester United defeated Fulham 2-1. These results has made Manchester United be at the top of the standings.
With an improved performance, Pogba’s mood was back to life. Pogba is always happy when he wins.
“I like to win. It’s all about winning. I will always be happy when I win. I will always be happy when I am on the pitch,” said Pogba, as reported by the Express.
“Today I won. So I’m happy. When we lose, I’ll be mad again. That’s me,” stated Pogba.
Manchester United are reportedly looking to take advantage of Pogba’s cheerful mood to award him with a new contract. Currently, Pogba’s contract at Old Trafford is only 18 months remaining.
Man United does not want to increase the risk of losing Pogba for less or even for free. Moreover, Real Madrid and Juventus have started heating up the engine to bring the star of the French national team.
