Manchester United Prepare New Jerseys to Celebrate the Chinese New Year

DBasia.news –  The new special edition Manchester United jersey, to celebrate the Chinese New Year which falls on January 25, has leaked on social media.

Footy Headlines divulged the appearance of Man United-Adidas special jerseys for the Chinese New Year. The red color remains the main choice on the jersey with the Red Devils logo in the center of the shirt, under the collar and Adidas writing.

Not only red, which is also a symbol of the color of the Chinese nationality and the national flag, there are also dragon motifs in the center, both arms and the back of the shirt. If observed closely, the clothes resemble batik of Indonesia and can be used to attend the invitation.

“The new Jersey for the Chinese New Year, Manchester United 2019-20 introduces a great design wrapped in red, with a striking dragon print graphic,” writes the article in Footy Headlines.

“It is based on the same template as Adidas-EA Sports last year, with the same 1990s collar. The Chinese New Year’s collar shirt is 2019-20 in black, with the Adidas gold logo on the front.”

Man United has yet to announce the time of release for the special edition jerseys. In addition to Man United, Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Juventus and Real Madrid, will reportedly also launch a special jersey to celebrate the event.

Creating a special jersey was allegedly to increase the market in Asia, especially for the Bamboo Curtain country.
