Manchester United star, Paul Pogba Must Maintain Consistency
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Manchester United midfielder, Paul Pogba is obliged to show high level of consistency if he wants Real Madrid to sign him. This was stated by Ander Herrera, a former colleague at Old Trafford.
The news of the departure of Paul Pogba has continued to emerge since last season. The situation is firing up as Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola, often expressed that his client wants to leave.
Reportedly, Real Madrid and Juventus are two of the clubs most likely to obtain Paul Pogba. If Juventus relies on past stories to entice Pogba, Real Madrid has Zinedine Zidane who is known to have good relations with Pogba.
Ander Herrera, who had played with Paul Pogba at Manchester United, also commented. He felt, Real Madrid and Juventus would be difficult to make Manchester United open the door. The case is the same as the transfer of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe that was hindered by PSG’s blessing.
“As a player, Pogba has everything. He used to suppress the opponent’s defense, win the ball, tough in the air, aggressive, defending, attacking, and scoring goals. However, he experienced a period of ups and downs at Manchester United,” Herrera said as reported by the AS.
“Paul Pogba has played matches where he is a differentiator. However, in some other matches, that did not happen. For players with high prices it seems, he must always appear calm.”
“If Paul Pogba appears consistent, of course a team like Real Madrid or other European giants will want him. However, Pogba’s case is the same as Kylian Mbappe and Neymar. Pogba plays at one of the biggest clubs in the world. It’s quite difficult to get out of there.” added Herrera.
Paul Pogba returned to training together with his colleagues after suffering a long injury. Manchester United will go up against Tottenham Hotspur in the 2019-2020 Premier League match, at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Saturday (6/20).
