DBasia.news – Manchester United just played draw without a goal against Valencia with a 0-0 score in the second match of Group G 2018-2019 Champions League at Old Trafford, Wednesday (3/10).
This result continued MU’s negative trend this season. In four recent matches, Jose Mourinho squad have never gained the victory.
Previously, Manchester United got defeated against West Ham United with a 1-3 score in the Premier League. Two matches before that, The Red Devils played draw against Wolverhampton Wanderers (1-) in the Premier League and got defeated from Derby County by the penalty shootout in the FA Cup.
In the match against Valencia, actually Manchester United had many opportunities. But, nothing seemed threatening. Valencia did the same as well.
The match was a bit boring. In fact, Manchester United dominated the match with the ball possession ratio of 52:48 percent.
This result made Manchester United stay in the second position of Group H temporary standing with four points from two matches, two goals behind Juventus as the leader after achieving the 3-0 score against Young Boys. Meanwhile, Valencia stay in the third place with one point from two matches.
