DBasia.news – Preserving the Scudetto this season would be difficult for Juventus this season. Currently, Juve have 56 points and 9 points higher than the runner-up, Napoli.
Despite the impressive performance, this season isn’t fortunate enough for one of their players, Medhi Benatia. His lack of game time from Massimiliano Allegri made the Moroccan player left Turin.
Benatia decided to join the Qatar club, Al Duhail with 10 million euro transfer fee for three seasons.
But now, something surprising is revealed. Football Italia reported the former Bayern Munchen player refused the offer from Manchester United due to the salary matter.
As additional information, Al Duhail are ready to pay 4,5 million euro annual salary while The Red Devils only offered 3,7 million euro.
While in Turin, Medhi Benatia played in 59 caps and scored 5 goals. Lately, Benatia also delivered his team concluded last season by winning the Coppa Italia, Supercoppa Italiana, and certainly the Scudetto.
Juve won’t face any difficulty in finding the successor. The J Stadium club have signed Martin Caceres from Lazio worth 600,000 euro.
