MU Extends Mason Greenwood Contract

DBasia.news – Manchester United officially extended the contract of the young striker, Mason Greenwood, until June 2023 plus a one-year option.
The 18-year-old Greenwood is a United Academy dropout who has joined the club since the age of seven.
England U-21 national team player was recorded to be the youngest star in the history of Manchester United who appeared in the English League. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s manager at that time entrusted Greenwood to start as a starter when the Red Devils team playing against Cardiff City last May.
Responding to the extension of his contract, Greenwood promised to play with all the potential he has.
“Growing up as a Manchester United fan and playing for this club is my dream come true. I know that when I play for this team, I represent the academy and I want to repay the trust given by the coach by performing optimally on the pitch,” Greenwood said.
