DBasia.news – Sevilla new player, Munir El Haddadi, admits that he feels delighted leaving Barcelona.
Munir’s contract at Camp Nou actually would end next summer. He also uttered his intention to not renewing the contract with Azulgrana in recent weeks.
“I was on holiday (for the New Year break) and confirmed my intentions to the club (of not renewing). It was then that our Coach (Valverde) informed me I would no longer be selected and that was a decision from those above him,” Munir said.
“I never stopped working and I am very glad to be here at Sevilla before the summer,” he added.
Before joining Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, Munir just played 8 times for Azulgrana main teams. From the 8 matches, he just played as the starter once. The 23-year-old player just scored one goal and one assist for LaLiga this season.
