MU’s title fasting wont be as long as Liverpool

DBasia.news – Manchester United legend, Andy Cole assesses that the Red Devils are starting to show progress. In fact, Cole is optimistic that the Red Devils will soon rise and be ready to challenge the title again in the next few seasons.
Manchester United topped the Premier League in the Sir Alex Ferguson era. The competitors found it difficult to shift the position of the Red Devils from the top of the standings.
However, it all ended when Ferguson retired in 2013. In fact, Manchester United found it difficult to win a position in the Champions League.
However, Andy Cole believes Manchester United are on the right track to return to being the best. Man United will not follow in the footsteps of Liverpool who fasted the title for up to 30 years.
“There must be progress being made. It’s all about making small steps,” Cole said as reported by Sky Sports.
“When you talk about being a challenger in the league in a few years, I really believe it,” the former player continued.
“Liverpool needed 30 years to be in their current position. I never want to see Manchester United in that position, needing 30 years to win the Premier League again.”
Manchester United’s appearance has begun to improve this season. Before the corona virus pandemic stopped the competition, the Red Devils were unbeatable in 11 matches.
“Manchester United will achieve it, with better players and players recruited. Maybe it will come next season or the season after that,” added Cole.
Andy Cole has strengthened a number of elite English clubs such as Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United. During his time defending Manchester United, Cole won five Premier League titles, one Champions League title, and several other championships in England.
