DBasia.news –  Napoli failed to beat Arsenal in the hunt for Nicolas Pepe, Lille’s wing striker. Now, according to a report from Dailymail, Napoli turns the target to Wilfried Zaha, a former Manchester United player.

Napoli had made Nicolas Pepe the main target in the 2019 summer transfer market. Pepe’s impressive performances with Lille were the reason.

Unfortunately, Napoli must compete with several teams from England. Three Premier League giants, Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United are also eyeing Nicolas Pepe.

In the end, Arsenal won the hunt for Nicolas Pepe. As a result, three other clubs were looking for other players to become their new targets.

Napoli made Wilfried Zaha who once defended Manchester United as the target. They are ready to offer an offer for Zaha’s club, Crystal Palace.

Wilfried Zaha is in the price range of 60 to 68 million euros. Previously, offers from Arsenal and Everton for Zaha had been rejected by Crystal Palace.

Even so, Crystal Palace are rumored to have no objections to selling Wilfried Zaha abroad. They are only reluctant to release their flagship players to fellow Premier League clubs.

In the 2018-2019 season alone, Wilfried Zaha appeared in 34 Premier League matches. Of these, the 26-year-old player contributed 10 goals and assists each.

The price of Wilfried Zaha is indeed quite expensive for Napoli. However, with the closer to the end of the transfer market, it is not impossible that I Partenopei agreed to the price of Zaha.
