Neymar is Willing to Deduct His Salary to Return to Barcelona

DBasia.news – Neymar’s desire to return to Barcelona and leave PSG (Paris Saint-Germain) is increasingly becoming a reality every day. In fact, Neymar is willing to deduct his salary in order to get back to playing in Barcelona.
Paris Saint-Germain is reported to have opened the door to negotiations regarding Neymar in the 2019 summer transfer window. PSG has set a price of 200 million euros for the 27-year-old player.
PSG’s sporting director, Leonardo, revealed that Neymar had made a mistake. The situation is becoming more difficult qw the player has lied about the condition of hiw injury just to be absent from the Les Parisiens match.
“Neymar has made a mistake. Before, I did not know him. Over time, I began to understand Neymar. Honestly, I think he is a good man and a great player when competing,” Leonardo said as reported by RMC Sport.
“The injury was very simple. He was examined by the best doctors and surgeons in the world at the start of the season. As a result, he had recovered from his injury,” added the former Inter Milan coach.
“It was a mistake when he said he was exiled from the team. We had to analyze and deal with everything before he could return to play.”
So far, Real Madrid and Barcelona are the two teams most interested in Neymar. The two clubs have made an offer by including other players to reduce prices.
Facing two choices, Neymar is reportedly more inclined to Barcelona. In fact, Neymar does not object if he had to accept less salary than what he currently receives.
The former Santos player receives 36.8 million euros per season at Paris Saint-Germain. Meanwhile, Barcelona is only able to provide of 14.9 million euros per season.
One of the reasons Neymar wants to return to Barcelona is the urge to play with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez. While still playing together, the MSN trio was touted as one of the best attackers in the world.
