Paolo Maldini has the Chance to Fill in the Position as AC Milan’s Director of Sports

That situation has made the Rossoneri have to bring in new coaches and new football directors. In addition to Gattuso and Leonardo, who have been confirmed to leave, the future of Milan legend, Paolo Maldnini, who served as a technical director has also been doubted especially with the presence of Ivan Gazidis as CEO.

However, as reported by Football Italia, Maldini is rumored to be getting an offer to fill the position that has been left by Leonardo, making his position increase and getting higher responsibility in the management of the club who finished fifth in the 2018/19 Serie A final standings.

The position as director of football will make Maldini be involved to help Milan’s new main coach in an effort to bring in new players and make decisions regarding the squad they currently have.
