Paul Ince: Manchester United Recommended to Bring Ibrahimovic In

Paul Ince suggested to Manchester United to bring back Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The consideration is that the Swedish passport player is expected to be able to have a positive impact both on and off the pitch for coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad.

“They (Manchester United) need a player who can control the atmosphere of the dressing room. He is suitable to be a role model of the players.”

“He (Ibrahimovic) can give examples to young players. He is a figure who can play the role of the Godfather of United.”

Ibrahimovic reaps success when defending Manchester United. He left Paris Saint-Germain in 2016.

The former Juventus, AC Milan, and Inter Milan star scored 29 impressive goals in 53 appearances for Manchester United before he moved to MLS in March 2018.

Manchester United are now seventh in the Premier League. To that end, Ince believes the former Swedish international can score goals for Old Trafford.

“You know that he will not play 90 minutes in every game,” he added. “He’s a player who is good at scoring goals.”
