DBasia.news – Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola flatly denied rumors that he would train Juventus. Because Guardiola still has the remaining two-year contract with Man City.
Pep Guardiola’s name has been heavily touted as a Juventus coach candidate in recent weeks. Guardiola was rated as the right figure of successor Massimiliano Allegri.
Massimiliano Allegri’s position at Juventus itself is currently under threat. The 0-2 defeat of Atletico Madrid was the reason for Allegri’s position in danger.
Understandably, Juventus is ambitious to win the Champions League. La Vecchia Signora took too long to lift the trophy, after last in the 1995-1996 season.
Pep Guardiola is considered a reasonable candidate if Juventus want to win the Champions League. Understandably, the Spanish man twice grabbed it when gushing Barcelona.
Even so, Pep Guardiola made a promise of loyalty to Manchester City. The only exception is if the club from Manchester City fires him.
“I still have a two-year contract with Manchester City. Then what? Move? It’s impossible. Unless they fire me,” said Pep Guardiola.
“I will stay at Manchester City for two seasons, and maybe one more. I will not go to Juventus in at least the next two seasons.”
“I don’t understand the rumors at Juventus. Why do people trust something from social media that says I will train Juventus? “Pep Guardiola continued.
