Pochettino Expects Eriksen to Stay at Tottenham Hotspur

Although Eriksen has stated his desire to leave. However, Mauricio Pochettino still hopes the flagship player will stay.
“I hope so. I think he is a great player. Eriksen is one of the great talents in football,” said Pochettino as reported by London Football.
“After five seasons working with him, I am sure of the way he plays. I hope he will survive,” added the Argentina manager.
Christian Eriksen is one of the key players in Tottenham Hotspur to win the 2018-2019 Champions League final. Unfortunately, Tottenham knocked out 2-0 from Liverpool in the top game. At present, the 27-year-old player’s contract has only one season left.
