DBasia.news – Manchester United haven’t fully keep up their consistency throughout 2018/2019. They often lose the point against small teams. Currently, Man United are in the sixth position of Premier League temporary table.
Besides the squad performance, Jose Mourinho’s tactic is also the highlight. His poor relationship with the players strengthens the issue that the Portuguese manager would leave soon despite the contract until 2020.
Lately, his agent Jorge Mendes denied the issue of Mourinho leaving Old Trafford. United are rumored preparing some names to replace him, one of them is Mauricio Pochettino, the current Tottenham Hotspur boss.
After the silence, Pochettino revealed his feeling. Bad news for The Red Devils, the 46-year-old man doesn’t have any interest to continue his career in Manchester United.
“I feel happy here in Tottenham because the club values and recognizes the job we have done,” Pochettino said cited by Mirror.
“When (club chairman) Daniel Levy extended my contract for five years, it is because he believed in that moment and period, we are the best people to manage this boat and this club. The most important thing is how you are made to feel in your home,” the former Southampton manager added.
Mauricio Pochettino is not the only manager aimed by Manchester United. The club are also interested to sign the former Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane.
