By db-admin
DBasia.news – Manchester United striker, Odion Ighalo claims he cannot wait to continue the 2019/20 season. Ighalo said that his team will be even more powerful with the return of Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford.
Manchester United and 19 other EPL clubs are currently training hard. They are preparing themselves as the Premier League will begin on June 17, 2020.
The Red Devils are in top condition ahead of the start of the 19/20 season. Two previously injured players, Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford have recovered 100% and are ready to compete.
Ighalo considers that his team would be increasingly dangerous in the continuation of this season. “I’m really enthusiastic to play again,” Ighalo stated as quoted by Goal International.
Ighalo said he was impressed to see the performance shown by Rashford and Pogba in the training session. He believes these two players can make a major contribution to the Red Devils squad.
“Pogba has returned to training. He trained well and he is strong. He is also fit to play.”
“Marcus is also an extraordinary and talented player. I can’t wait to play with them again.”
Ighalo on this occasion expressed how he felt training with Pogba and Rashford.
He mentioned that there was a big difference after seeing the two players in person, where he considered the two players were far greater.
“Seeing them play from outside is different from training with them. They are both amazing players.” he said.
Manchester United will face a pretty tough first match.
They will come to the Tottenham headquarters on Saturday (7/20) AM.
