PSG Legend Remains Optimistic Les Parisian Can Buckle Man United in the Champions League

DBasia.news –  The public has speculated that PSG will have a hard time going up against Manchester United in the Champions League because of Neymar’s injury. Even so, according to PSG legend, Jay-Jay Okocha, Les Parisien still has a big chance in defeating United without Neymar.

Former PSG player, Jay-Jay Okocha, is optimistic that his former team can eliminate Manchester United from the Champions League even without Neymar. Okocha believes Les Parisien has other top players besides Neymar.

PSG qualified the top 16 Champions League 2018-2019 as a group champ. They will face Manchester United  who became the Group H runner-up.

Unfortunately PSG cannot be strengthened by Neymar who is experiencing injuries. The Brazilian player is having some injuries on his left leg while playing against Strasbourg.

As a result, PSG’s chance in eliminating Man United has slimmed. Understandably, Neymar is one of the reliable Les Parisien trident.

Okocha has a different outlook. He thinks that PSG has other advantage than the injury Neymar is experiencing while facing Man United.

“I believe that PSG has other great players Neymar. There’s Kylian Mbappe, Angel Di Maria, Marco Verratti, and  Edinson Cavani. That’s to name a few,” says Jay-Jay Okocha.

“Football is a team sport. Though Neymar is a special footballer, his absence should open opportunities for other players . we all know, the Champions League is PSG’s main goal this season.

“I think, we are not far from that trophy. I am optimistic that PSG can win the match against Manchester United without Neymar,” continues Okocha

PSG will first visit Man United’s quarters, Old Trafford . after wards the Thomas Tuchel troops will host the Red Devils at Parc Des Princes.
