Returns to Play, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer Challenged Paul Pogba

DBasia.news – Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is returning to play after a long absence due to the injury he got. Pogba’s return to play made the manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, gives challenge to the French midfielder to show his leadership with The Red Devils.
The World Cup champion player with his French national team only recorded eight appearances in all competitions because of the injuries that befell him. Even Pogba hasn’t played since December 2019.
That Manchester United’s most expensive player has the opportunity to play again when The Red Devils visiting the headquarters of Tottenham Hotspur, Saturday (9/20). In this match Pogba will face his former manager Jose Mourinho.
Solskjaer said he was sure Pogba would again find his best form of play.
“Paul is one of the best midfielders in the world. Of course we hope to gradually develop as he gets more chance to play,” Solskjaer said as quoted by AFP.
“I don’t know if this time he will be played 45 minutes or 60 minutes, so gradually in the next few months we can try to get him back to his best.”
“Paul has a very good career. Of course he is a World Cup winner and we want to have leadership on the pitch,” Solskjaer said.
United’s midfield has improved since the last time Pogba played thanks to the arrival of Bruno Fernandes in January. Now the opportunity arises for the two players to play together.
Their performance are much awaited for United who are unbeaten in 11 matches and are struggling to secure Champions League tickets.
