DBasia.news – Santiago Solari ordered the Brasilian left-back Marcelo not to play in the match won 2-0 by Real Madrid against Sevilla on the 20th-week of LaLiga, Saturday (19/1).

In the beginning, it’s speculated that Marcelo needs a break because last week, the full-back performed full time when Madrid defeated by Leganes 0-1 in the Copa del Rey match.

However, one of the Spanish journalists Jose Ramon de la Morena revealed the truth. Morena thinks Marcelo wasn’t having a break, but he is overweight.

As we could see, Marcelo looks bigger than before. Hence, Solari would warn Marcelo to lose his weight.

It’s important for a football player to have the ideal posture. Besides the support for running fast, they must have the fit condition throughout the match.

However, what Solari did might impact negatively to Madrid. The former Madrid player who is currently playing for Juventus, Cristiano Ronaldo, asked Marcelo to join Allianz Stadium. Hence, don’t be surprised that this year Marcelo might wear Juventus jersey.
