DBasia.news – Real Madrid coach Santiago Solari won’t give the pressure on Vinicius Junior. But, he admits that the Brasilian player has really good progress.
“He has all the talent in the world and so far he is showing that both in training and most importantly, in matches. But he is still just an 18-year-old and he has developed a lot here,” Solari said.
“We have to look out for Vinicius and give him the support he needs. Sometimes teenagers grow up very quickly when they are exposed to this situation, but they have the support of first-team players.”
Vinicius joined Madrid this season. He seldom played under Julen Lopetegui
and eliminated to Castilla. In that team, Vinicius performed really great and scored four goals in five caps.
Once Solari became Madrid main coach, Vinicius got promoted to the main squad. The Brasilian wonderkid showed his skill by three goals and seven assists in 14 caps.
Madrid are in the fourth position of LaLiga table, 10 points behind Barcelona as the leader.
