Solskjaer Maintain De Gea Although Often Blunders

David De Gea
DBasia.news – Manchester United coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said on Friday he would keep David De Gea in the match against Huddersfield Town.
De Gea made a lot of mistakes recently, including an error that made Chelsea equalize to 1-1 in the Premier League last Sunday, thus removing the opportunity for Manchester United to break into the last four of the standings.
Solskjaer stated he did not doubt his choice of De Gea as the main goalkeeper and the injury suffered by reserve goalkeeper Sergio Romero made his decision even more steady.
“Sergio was injured yesterday so he did not train. He tried to move his knees. David has been training well this week and will be demoted,” said Solskjaer.
“He played amazingly this season. But lately it made headlines because of the mistakes he made, but he had to face that. The position of the goalkeeper has had a better time than now and David is ready for Sunday’s match,” he said.
