DBasia.news – Inter Milan coach Luciano Spalletti admits that he feels happy with the victory against Napoli. But, Spalletti also thinks Napoli don’t deserve the failure.
Inter won 1-0 against the host Napoli in the Italy Serie A match at Giuseppe Meazza. Lautaro scored the only goal for La Beneamata.
He wrote his name on the scoreboard during the injury time. Started from Keita Balde Diao in the box, Lautaro executed the chance with his left leg.
The match went dramatic. Napoli must lose two players due to the red cards, Kalidou Koulibaly and Lorenzo Insigne.
“I saw a strong Inter tonight, from the beginning to the end. In many ways, we deserved to win,” Spalletti said.
“But we could’ve also lost if Asamoah hadn’t made that block. This Inter-Napoli was a good match: both teams were passing the ball with speed and deserved to win,” Spalletti added.
With this result, Inter have cut the distance with Napoli in the second place. With 36 points from 18 weeks and the position in the third place, they are five points behind Napoli.
