Of the many star players who have played with him, Ferdinand chose Cristiano Ronaldo as the best. Another player who received praise from Ferdinand is Paul Scholes.
“Cristiano Ronaldo, that’s for sure and everyone knows the reason,” explained Ferdinand as reported by Metro.
“However, the other player is Paul Scholes. He is a crazy player,” he stated.
“If I have a little money and have to bet on players who do free kicks, I will choose him. He’s like a radar, his legs are crazy, and his bait is crazy.”
Paul Scholes’s career is somewhat unique. He retired in 2011, but not long after he returned to Manchester United. “Yes, of course, because he retired after not playing in the right position,” mentioned Ferdinand.
