By news-admin
DBasia.news – U19 Indonesia national team defeated U19 Taiwan in Group A first match of 2018 U19 Asian Cup at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, Senayan, Central Jakarta, Thursday (18/10). For the second match, the U19 national team will play against U19 Qatar in the same stadium, Sunday (21/10).
U19 Indonesia national team coach Indra Sjafri chose to have a rest instead of thinking about the upcoming match against U19 Qatar.
Consequently, his focus is to recover. Next, is to think about the match against U19 Qatar.
“We will have a rest tonight. Next, we will think about U19 Qatar,” Indra said.
For Indra, it would be more interesting to analyze the team capability in breaching U19 Taiwan. Moreover, in the first half, U19 Indonesia national team didn’t score any goal.
“First, we have to be thankful for this victory, the first match is always decisive. This is the struggle of the players for 90 minutes. Technically, U19 Taiwan played just as we predicted,” Indra added.
“They played compact defense. Fortunately, our players are patient. In the second half, we breach their compact defense. I think this point is important for the U19 national team,” said the coach from West Sumatera.
