DBasia.news – Anssumane Fati felt the victory in his debut with the Barcelona senior team over Real Betis on Monday (8/26) morning. The 16-year-old player has also received praise from the coach, Ernesto Valverde.
Ansu entered in the second half, precisely in the 71st minute, replacing Carles Perez. Even though he didn’t score, his presence on the pitch became a good sign for the club’s future regeneration.
Valverde said he was amazed to see the confidence of the player from Guinea-Bissau.
“He played with confidence. That’s what I admire about him. He played very well and so did his effect on the team play. It wasn’t a mistake to put him in the second round, “he said.
“The quality is really an additional force for us. I hope he can do even more for the team throughout the competition. His presence has really helped us this season, “Valverde continued.
For Ansu, the match against Real Betis also meant very special for Barcelona. They managed to pocket the first win in the league this season.
