Verratti Left the Italian National Team
By db-admin
DBasia.news – The Italian national team announced that midfielder Marco Verratti had left the training camp because of the suspension imposed on him.
Verratti helped Italy conquer Armenia 3-1 on Friday. A win that not only maintains the Azzurri team’s 100 records in Group J in the 2020 European Cup qualifiers but also carries a new record of five consecutive wins in the qualification.
Unfortunately, in the match played at Yerevan, Verratti was shown a yellow card, which automatically prevented him from playing the match in Finland.
With this situation, the PSG midfielder was allowed to return to Paris and new Inter player Stefano Sensi could fill a position in the Italian midfield.
On this day, the Italian team is back training on the Armenian Football Federation academy training ground. Throughout the training session, the players who did not compete did the exercises on the field while a number of the squad members carried out the training in the fitness center.
