West Brown Assumes Solskjaer Deserves to Be the Permanent Manager

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

DBasia.news – Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s debut as Manchester United new manager started smoothly when his team won 5-1 against Cardiff City last weekend. Seeing the performance in that match, it seems like Solskjaer deserves the permanent contract.

As we know, Solskjaer is just appointed as the interim coach until this season ends. Solskjaer replaced Jose Mourinho who got sacked recently.

The managerial rumor keeps going. Mauricio Pochettino and Zinedine Zidane are the candidates. However, according to former The Red Devils defender, West Brown, Solskjaer deserves the chance.

“I haven’t seen Man United play like that in a long time. Ole has gone in there, got the smiles back on and just said ‘go and play’. If Ole can keep this going then I can’t see a reason why we can’t make the top four,” Brown told Goal.

“Personally, I think it would be great if Ole gets the job full-time. I would like to see him stay if he did well. Obviously, he’s been told it’s until the end of the season, but that could always change, you know how football is,” he concluded.

There’s still a long road until the end of this season. One match against Cardiff City doesn’t necessarily measure his leadership. The fans expect the consistency.
