DBasia.news –  Jurgen Klopp expressed a unique reason after the draw in the Merseyside Derby. Liverpool visited Everton’s headquarters, Goodison Park, Sunday (3/3) night Western Indonesian Time, and had to settle for playing with glasses.

According to Klopp, Liverpool failed to beat Everton because opponents played wildly – with the support of home fans, as well as winds coming from various directions. The wind made it difficult for his team to develop the game.

“That (wind) does not help the game of football, especially when the ball is in the air and this often happens. In matches that are difficult to control because of these things, we have, I think three-four great opportunities.

“0-0 in the derby, we keep the record never losing against Everton, but of course, this is not what we want, but it is easy to accept because the match was difficult,” Klopp added.

A goalless draw is the third result from four matches that have taken place in all Liverpool competitions. Klopp is not worried about his team’s collection, especially considering the Premier League title competition because currently, Liverpool are one point adrift of Manchester City.

“Of course not, there’s nothing to worry about, we have to accept this situation. Four days ago we talked about the Liverpool team playing freely (scoring against Watford),” Klopp said

“This game is difficult and the next is against Burnley, 12 pm, but it’s at Anfield, so it’s only about 400 meters from here, but it’s completely different.”
