Zinedine Zidane Upset with Real Madrid’s Performance Against Rayo

I was so upset with the performance of the players he had sent down against Rayo, for example: Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, Gareth Bale, Marcelo and Dani Carvajal, Zidane could no longer defend the players.

“I (usually) always defend my players, but not today. We can’t play like that, but I am also responsible (for Madrid’s poor performance),” he concluded.

Real Madrid does not have a specific target anymore as there are no trophies being chased near the end of the season. However, that poor performance certainly cannot be tolerated by Zidane who is currently selecting the squad to face the 2019-20 season.
