DBasia.news – Manchester United’s inconsistent performance in the 2018/2019 Premier League placed them in the sixth position of the temporary table.
But, the 1-3 defeat against Liverpool on Sunday (16/12) was the culmination of the directors’ disappointment toward Jose Mourinho. The Portuguese manager officially left the coaching seat on Tuesday (18/12).
The vacant position makes the club move quickly to find his successor. Some names are mentioned as the candidate, and Zinedine Zidane is one of them.
As we know, after delivering Real Madrid to preserve the Champions League in three consecutive seasons, he decided to resign and hasn’t returned to the coaching career.
Unfortunately, the expectation to have Zidane at Old Trafford won’t be easy. Sport English reported the French man won’t coach any club in the near future and isn’t tempted to coach The Red Devils amid the inconsistent season.
The public would set a high expectation to Zidane considering his career while coaching Los Blancos.
