DBasia.news – Five goals and eight assists inscribed by Real Madrid loanee Vitesse, Martin Odegaard. Thanks to his great performance, Vitesse is currently in fifth place in the Eredivisie standings.
Thanks to his great appearance, Ajax Amsterdam reportedly has the intention to buy Odegaard and prepare a dowry of 20 million euros for the Norwegian player.
Madrid was allegedly not ready to release one of its valuable assets. El Real brought Odegaard from Stromsgodset in 2015, but he did not go straight to Madrid’s regular team until on loan at Heerenveen and now with Vitesse.
Odegaard still has a contract until 2021 and the player is at home playing in the Eredivisie, Netherlands. Nevertheless, he gave up his future fate to Madrid regarding an offer from Ajax.
“Nobody knows what can happen in the future,” Odegaard said briefly, quoted from Marca.
Ajax has enough money to buy Odegaard and other talented young people. Because, they have sold Frenkie de Jong to Barcelona for 75 million, plus 11 million euros along with other variables. Ajax is the right place for Odegaard to develop because they have a good reputation for developing young talents.
