DBasia.news –  The solution to Arsenal’s fragile backline has been answered. Reportedly, the Gunners immediately completed the transfer of Kieran Tierney and David Luiz.

According to news from British media, the two are in London to undergo a medical. Tierney, playing left-back, reported by BBC Sport agreed to sign a five-year contract and Arsenal bought him from Celtic for £ 25 million.

Although Unai Emery, Arsenal manager, already has Nacho Monreal and Sead Kolasinac for left-back positions, the club is still recruiting Tierney because the prospects are bright given that he is currently only 22 years old.

BBC Sport Scotland’s Chief Sports Writer, Tom English, analyzes the time is right for Tierney to go to Celtic. English believes Tierney will be a good recruit for Arsenal.

“This is the right age and time for Celtic and Kieran Tierney. He has won everything that can be achieved at Celtic regardless of the European title. He will go to Arsenal to try and do something in Europe, the Premier League and develop his career,” said English.

Tierney in his career has never migrated from Scotland. Studying at the Celtic academy in mid-2005-2015, Tierney four years to strengthen the Celtic first team.

Switch to David Luiz. The 32-year-old Brazilian defender is almost certain to go to Arsenal because he suddenly wants to leave Chelsea. Luiz was allegedly no longer have a future at Chelsea because Frank Lampard no longer believed him.

The new Chelsea manager prefers Kurt Zouma to duet with Andreas Christensen at the heart of the defense. In addition, Lampard sees players who have signed a new two-year contract as the poison in the dressing room.

Luiz skipped Chelsea’s training session at Cobham and was reported by Sky Sports, conducting a medical test in London (when this news was published). Luiz could be a direct replacement for Laurent Koscielny who moved to Girondins Bordeaux.
